Brian Kelly joined Notre Dame University in 2010. He described ‘Declan as a diligent student worker in our video department’.
kelly added, “Sullivan had a tremendous personality and a great sense of humor”.
In addition, Declan was a videographer who used to filmed or record the NFL games practice. He died around 4:50 pm, a 50-foot scissor lift tower collapsed in winds in 2010.
Many people are still re-tweeting the incident that happened 10 years ago. When Brian recently said, “his whole team should be executed for their bad game”.
One of the users @maloney_jarod tweets ‘Never forget he has killed a kid because he has ignored the weather warnings. He sent the kid onto a tower to record. He is the wrong person to talk about execution especially when fumbling delivery’.
