Cromwell is a regular competitor in Grand Tours and has won two stages of the Giro d’Italia Femminile during her career.

Valtteri Bottas confirmed his connection with Cromwell by posting a snapshot of the two on his social media accounts for Valentine’s Day in 2020.

He oddly used the hashtag “##hatersgonnahate” in his caption. Cromwell, meanwhile, shared a photo of herself and Bottas celebrating Valentine’s Day.
