Rainbow Kitten Surprise has several songs which refer to god and religion but they are not considered religious.

For instance, in the song holy wars by the band, the band talks about when Christianity participates in wars and violence, the band talks about crusades and looks it in a negative light.

RKS also has a song named, “Devil Like Me,” which highlights the inner insecurities and flaws within an individual and how it leads to pain, anger, and hurt.

Hence, although the band references and uses the components of the bible and religion, they are not exactly a religious band compared to bands like MercyMe, which is a pure Christian band whose songs are based on god and religion, highlighting it in a good light.
