Marisa Henson was arrested on November 22, 2021, on a $125k bond and is formally charged with felony facilitation.

Similarly, she is also accused of assisting Jake Clare in kidnapping a child, Noah Clare.

As per some reports, Marisa Henson used her vehicle to facilitate the transition.

The Gallatin PD said that they are hoping this arrest will shred the light and are investigating to find out who else is involved in the kidnapping process.

The officials are still actively investigating the case and are hoping that this case will lead to more awareness among the people.
