Jackson Kalb is married to Melissa Saka and lives with his family in Brooklyn. However, the date of the couple’s wedding and other details are unknown. Jackson and his wife own and operate Jame Enoteca and Ospi in Los Angeles.

Melissa met Kalb while working as a long-time server in Houston.

Until he graduated from high school, the chef worked in the kitchen at Melisse. Later, he pursued his education at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management.

Jackson had the opportunity to work at world-famous restaurants like Danny Meyers’ Union Square Hospitality Group and Grant Achatz’s Alinea at the time.
