Donnie was first arrested in 2015 for the charges of murdering Noreen. After that, he was then convicted of her murder in June 2018.
He has been sentenced to 75 to 100 years in jail for both Noreen’s and Lauretta’s killings. The elderly Rudd is currently incarcerated at the Pinckneyville Correctional Center. He will be eligible for parole in March 2028.
He had staged a death scene for Noreen to get hands-on her insurance money per the prosecutors.
Meanwhile, he did not kill his third wide, Diane Heart. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1995 and died in June 1996. It was alleged that Donnie had tried to get her assets signed over to him before her death, but her children prevented that.
