The former NLF star Jared Allen and well-known chef Aaron May are now partners as they have teamed up to build a Big Foot-themed restaurant in downtown Tempe.
The Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen, right across the street from Sam Fox’s The Yard Tempe on Farmer Avenue, will have a soft launch next week and a grand opening in August.
The restaurant is replacing the Sail Inn, a pub and performance venue that previously occupied the property.
The Lodge is 7,000 square feet in size, including a huge terrace and gaming room. This is the Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen’s third installment.
