She received her doctorate in sociology from Cambridge University. According to the New York Post, she is also a Gates Scholar and a contributing writer for Darling Magazine, a women’s newspaper, covering race and gender problems.
She also holds a master’s degree in gender studies from Cambridge. On the other hand, her spouse graduated from Standford with a master’s degree in policy, organization, and leadership studies.
The pair have been leading a happy life. They are parents to two children now.
Tubbs revealed on Twitter on April 14, 2019, that he and his wife were expecting their first child. He announced the birth of his son on October 19, 2019. On August 30, 2021, their second child, a girl, was born.
