His mother’s name is Vicky Hyman. Zach’s father’s name is Stuart Hyman.

Stuart Hyman is an entrepreneur and industrialist from Canada. He is also the President of Markham Royals and chairman of the Ontario Hockey League.

His father has purchased a scouting agency that ranks draft prospects for a client of managers, coaches, and scouts that scouts players and publishes a monthly NHL scouting report.

The Florida Panthers picked his 18-year-old son Zach Hyman in the fifth round of the 2010 NHL draft a few months later.

Hyman invests in hockey teams because he loves the game. 

 Hyman is Jewish and graduated from the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto.
