Kurt Capewell was born in Charleville, Queensland, Australia, on 12 July 1993. He is the younger cousin of fellow NRL player Luke Capewell.
He has three brothers, according to the sources. The brothers are Liam Capewell, Jake Capewell, and Sam Capewell. Kurt is the youngest of them all.
Liam Capewell is a footballer but on the weekends and a teacher by the day. He won an Intrust Super Cup premiership with Ipswich. He will return to his roots with the Valleys Roosters.
Jake Capewell played in the reserve grade grand final for them. And Sam Capewell is a carpenter married to Kady Capewell.
Kurt was in a long-term relationship with a woman, but it ended last year.
