Along with homicide felony charges, Shane Lamar Eans was also charged with first-degree home invasion.

Shane of Sumpter Township was arraigned in 34th District Court. After the incident, the Wayne County prosecutor authorized him with two counts of charges.

Most interestingly, he is also a habitual offender. He was also detained in the county jail with some pending additional court appearances.
