According to the news, Zuri Craig passed away, though his exact cause of demise is yet unknown. To all of his followers and fans, the news is utterly upsetting. Health problems that he himself has not yet experienced could be what led to his demise.
Zuri Craig was born in Metropolitan Washington, DC, and at the age of nine, while returning from a corner store, he started singing to the music coming from Plain Truth Baptist Church.
His passion for music gradually took precedence in his life. He decided to go on the Duke Ellington School of the Arts audition as a result.
After he agreed, a solo in the high school talent competition was promptly provided to him, and his debut performance was none other than Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror.”
Praised, Craig received acceptance into the high school chorus and took on the lead vocal position. The ensemble performed on numerous occasions in the DC metro region, including George H.W. Bush’s inauguration as president.
Craig studied business administration at Clark Atlanta University (CAU) after graduating from high school. Craig entered a talent contest during his first year in order to meet people and establish friends. “One Last Cry” by Brian McKnight was sung by him.
