Rey is doing good physically. He is healthy and athletic as usual. At WrestleMania 22, Rey Mysterio won the World Heavyweight Championship by pinning Randy Orton in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Kurt Angle.
He is currently in a tag team stable alongside his son Dominik. After entering WWE in 2002, Rey Mysterio had multiple significant feuds with the likes of Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, and Randy Orton.
In addition, Mysterio formed a tag team with Eddie Guerrero and won the WWE Tag Team Championships with him. Mysterio and Guerrero later feuded, and theirs was one of the most memorable feuds in WWE history.
