Jae Jung has kept her networth confidential and would not talk about it with the media. From our inspection, she makes a decent living out of her job; at least her social media says so.
Chef Jae is the founder and proprietor of KJUN, a New York City-based Korean-Cajun pop-up. She left her family in 2009 to study at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
She moved to New Orleans after graduation and worked in the restaurants such as August, Domenica, Herbsaint, and Dooky Chase. She created her Korean-Cajun flavors and skills throughout those years.
The New York Times, Eater, FOOD & WINE Magazine, Bon Appétit Magazine, e.t.c. have all covered her cooking, with KJUN recently being chosen as one of the Best New Restaurants in New York.
