Wayne Perry is probably still alive in prison. There has been no news about him dying.
However, it seems the one who led him to jail has died now. Several news reports claim that Alpo was allegedly killed in Harlem. Though police are yet to confirm who is the dead man, they have however testified that there was a shooting in the area.
The victim was shot six times in his arm and once in his chest. Some sources also said that he had a graze wound on the left side of his chin.
