Stephanie Florian husband Rod McInnes suffered from stage 4 colorectal cancer. The cancer was severe and had spread to several parts of his body.
According to Gofundme, he was still battling the lethal disease when he was diagnosed with cancer.
However, Rod did not survive the battle and lost his life to cancer during his treatment. In a picture Steph posted to her Instagram account on October 31, 2021, she paid tribute to her partner.
Steph wrote a heartfelt message appreciating the times he gave her. She wrote a poem in dedication to her spouse and looked back at the times she had spent with him.
The Gofundme page was created by one of Stephanie’s friends. She explained that she and Stephani met the love of their lives while they were working together. However, tragedy struck Stephanie and her family later on in their lives after her beloved partner was diagnosed with cancer.
People managed to raise about CAD 22,205 for Rod’s treatment. However, his battle was short, and he passed away due to a chronic illness leaving behind his beautiful wife and his kids.
