Shaunie O’Neal was previously married to basketball legend Shaquille O’Neil. Their wedding took place in December 2002. Their marriage was dogged by allegations of infidelity, but the couple stayed together. They were married for five years before separating in 2007. In an unexpected turn of events, they reconciled and stayed together for two more years before finally calling it quits in 2010. Despite the fact that they are divorced, the two still love and respect each other. Their divorce was civil and both are committed to raising their children together. They even revealed they plan to write a co-parenting book together.
Shaunie O’Neal has five children in total. Four of them are with her husband Shaquille and are named Shareef (born 2000), Amirah (born 2001), Shaquir (born 2003) and Meerah (born 2006). O’Neal also has a son from a previous relationship and his name is Myles. Her ex-husband also had a daughter from a previous relationship whom she named Taahirah.
