Ryan is married to his sweetheart named Lauren. The couple got married in 2012 after dating for three years. 

At present, they have got two adorable children. Her first child is five years, named Steel Ryan Tannehill, and her second child, three years, is named Stella Rose Tannehill.

The couple celebrated the arrival of kids on their social media as well. They do seem like a very loving and caring parent.
