Mickey told the Daily Mail in 2009 that the majority of the treatment was to repair the wreck that his face had become after fighting, and that he had gone to the wrong specialist to put his injuries back again.
He had bone extracted from his ears to help repair his nose, which he described as one of the most horrific surgeries he has ever had.
