Glaser wrote a couple of episodes for the TV show Starsky and Hutch, in which he played Detective Dave Starsky backwards David Soul. Following the series, Glaser returned to television and film, assisting the 1987 film The Running Man, which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger, as well as the 1992 film The Cutting Edge, both of which featured Arnold Schwarzenegger.
He made a cameo appearance in the 2003 film Something’s Gotta Give as Diane Keaton’s ex-boyfriend, and a brief cameo in the 2004 film Starsky And Hutch. His appearance was featured in CBS’s “The Mentalist” episode “The Scarlet Letter,” which aired on October 1, 2009.
