Zeke Young, Ben Young, and Amber Jean Young, are the three children of Canadian multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter – Neil Young.
Zeke Young
Zeke is Neil’s first child born in 1972, to actress Carrie Snodgrass. Zeke was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. a permanent movement disorder that manifests in early childhood and often results in poor coordination,.
Ben Young
Born in 1978 to Neil and Pegi Young, Ben was also diagnosed with cerebral palsy after his birth in 1978. He suffered the pains of having stiff muscles, and tremors.
Amber Jean Young
Amber is the third child of Neil who was diagnosed with epilepsy. Born in 1984, Amber Jean is known for her illustrative and creative paintings and artworks which she displays on social media and on her personal website.
Young suffered from polio in 1952 during the last major outbreak of the disease in Ontario. After his recovery, the Young family vacationed in Florida.
He also suffered from epileptic seizures which began in 1966, shortly after he moved to Los Angeles. These were most likely temporal lobe with secondarily generalized seizures.
Neil s regarded as one of the best songwriters and performers of all time in rock & roll.
