The new and upcoming star started in AEW last year as the latest member of Team Taz. It was announced in an episode of Dynamite in December. 

Since his enlistment, he has trained with the All Elite Wrestling Stars, QT Marshall, and Cody Rhodes, as mentioned by The Sportster. 

QT Marshall discussed Hook’s training and his past as a student-athlete in an interview with Stephanie Chase, the AEW YouTuber and interviewer.

In his words, he said, “He’s a college lacrosse player, so he’s an athlete. Growing up, with his father in the industry, it falls into place.”
