Malcolm Gladwell is not married. In reality, he has never been married before. Those close to him confess that although he is outgoing and charming, he has attracted so many girlfriends without being able to settle down.
Malcolm’s father is Graham Gladwell, an Englishman from Kent. Mr. Gladwell was a professor of mathematics and engineering at the University of Waterloo. He married Joyce Nation, a Jamaican psychotherapist.

Malcolm and his family have always endured racial slurs and profiling in his time. He even remembers his family receiving an eviction notice from their London flat because “your wife is colored,” the landlady told his father. Gladwell was raised as a Christian but left the faith while living in New York.
