Little Miss memes were first shared by TikToker starbucksslayqueen starting in late June 2022. Starbucksslayqueen used the TikTok “Photos” function, which displayed slideshows.
Despite numerous reports of juulpuppy’s memes, many photos were also the exploitative creations of starbucksslayqueen.
Midway through July 2022, TikToker starbucksslayqueen turned private because of criticism from juulpuppy and their followers.
Instagram user juulpuppy repeatedly complained on their Story on July 11th, 2022, about how starbucksslayqueen had copied their format and memes without giving them credit.
As July 2022 continued, numerous TikTokers continued to make Little Miss videos.
