Sarah’s death cause is yet to be revealed. Outside of her career, Sarah was a devoted wife and mother.
She married Robert Jakubasz, the man she would eventually come to love more than anything, in 1990, and together they raised two wonderful children, Emily and Michael.

Sarah passed away on July 23, 2023, leaving a loss that will be felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Sarah embodied a generous and understanding spirit. She was born in South Hadley, Massachusetts, on April 15, 1965.
From an early age, she exuded warmth and empathy and never prioritized her needs over those of others.
She chose to become a nurse to help those in need by giving her love and support because she tended to care for others.
Many of Sarah’s friends and family members were shocked and grieving when they learned of her loss.
