Kyle Richardson’s biography is not yet available on Wikipedia. On the other hand, several web sources have accumulated materials on him for the general public’s benefit.

According to the Clemson Tigers, Richardson has been a crucial off-field contributor to Clemson’s offensive performance since his debut in 2016. Clemson’s balanced assault has resulted in the Tigers being one of only three teams in the country to have accumulated at least 16,000 total rushing yards and at least 23,000 total passing yards in six seasons.

Before coming to Clemson, he coached at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he was one of the most successful high school coaches in the state.

Kyle coached the Trojans to a 58-13 record from 2011 to 2015, including four area titles, three appearances in the state title game, and state championships in both 2013 and 2015.

He graduated from Appalachian State University with an undergraduate degree in 2001 and holds two master’s degrees, including one from Clemson in athletic leadership.

Head Coach Dabo Swinney stated of Richardson’s 2021 promotion, “Man, Kyle was one of the best high school coaches in the entire Southeast.”
