Evander Kane and his wife have separated in the recent year 2021. In September 2021, Anna Kane, his ex-wife, accused Kane of sexual assault and multiple instances of domestic battery.
Anna Kane also filed for the sole custody of their daughter Kensington. Furthermore, Evander Kane scored a victory in court amid his ongoing divorce from Anna Kane.
Additionally, Evander was granted sole custody of their daughter, according to the statement of his lawyer at Hoover Krepelka’s family law firm. On the other hand, Anna will have professionally supervised visits with their daughter as per the order.
In July, Anna accused Kane of cheating on social media for the first time. She further claimed that the bank was seizing their home, and Evander had been betting on Sharks and other NHL Games.
After the allegation, the NHL opened an investigation but couldn’t find any evidence of the allegations. Moreover, Kane denied the claims calling them lies.
