Devin Booker’s parents never got married. The lovebirds met at the Continental Basketball Association’s Grand Hoops. In the meantime, Devin’s father was playing the 1995-1996 season. Later on, they became closer and fell in love. Their first baby was named Devin Booker.
They were living together; however they were not married. Veronica would take care of their son Devin while Melvin was out for pro basketball in Europe and Asia.
