Randall Fowler (Randy Flower), is a limo driver and impersonator from Boise, Idaho. He is the elder brother of actor Kevin Spacey. Randy was born in 1956 (63 )as of 2019, in Colorado three years before Spacey.
He made a series of sordid sex attack allegations against him and Spacey’s late dad Thomas Geoffrey Fowler, who Randy claims were a white supremacist and member of the American Nazi Party and repeatedly raped and beat him and his brother as children.
