Jim Skrip met famous actress VanessaWilliams in 2012 while she was traveling to Egypt for a vacation. Interestingly, Vanessa noticed Skrip because of the shirt he was wearing and they eventually started talking when they joined the trip to Egypt. This three-hour trip gave them time to discover their similarities. For example, Skrip’s shirt made Vanessa wonder if he was from Buffalo; which was his mother’s native land and their new discoveries made them feel closer and before you knew it they already loved each other very much.
You guessed it right, by the time the tour was over, the couple had become lovebirds and after two years together, Vanessa publicly announced her plans to get engaged on September 26, 2014. After their wedding, she went on The Queen Show from Latifah to publicize her engagement to Jim Skrip, she then presented her diamond ring for public view on social media.
The couple’s love for each other grew stronger on the day when they got along very well and had a remarkable relationship experience, they thought of tying the nuptial knot which they tied on July 4, 2015, the day of the independence. What better place could they have had to get married than their common ground! Buffalo. They took their wedding to the famous St. Stanislaus Church in Buffalo and added that the couple had decided to have a second wedding ceremony. This time it was in Chappaqua, New York.
After years of marriage, Jim Skrip and VanessaI still look so in love that no family disputes have been made public. They currently have a beautiful home in Depew, Buffalo, New York where they live happily and hopefully it will be like this forever!
