Jon Olivia was arrested by the Pasco Country police on September 30 at around 3:43 am for DUI and consuming heavy intolerable doses of alcoholic products.
Upon further investigation, he was found to possess Cocaine the illegal and unlicensed possession of which is considered a felony in that region and also in overall States.
He spent a day at the jail of the area of the incident and was released on bail post the mid-noon of October 1, 2021.
The charges were heavy as he was rumored to have crashed his vehicle in the road rampage and pictures of him in nasal scratches went viral on social media.
The police posted his mugshot straight from the hospital bed.
He was still in medication and non-sober with a nonchalant expression from the incident running over his face.
The family was more concerned about this reckless driving as they had to witness Jon’s brother lost his life in a similar car accident also in October month of 1993.
As of now, Jon has been released and recovering from the ill state of health post the accident trauma and heavy sedation.
