The bright and determined actress Jasmin Savoy Brown was born on March 21, 1994, to her devoted mother Paula Brown in the lovely city of Alameda, California. However, Jasmin genuinely matured and found her calling in the picture-perfect setting of Springfield City, Oregon.
Savoy had an unbreakable link with her mother, who was not just her parent but also her best friend, and spent her childhood afternoons exploring the vast outdoors, biking, and climbing trees.
