It seems reasonable to question her sexuality, considering her praiseworthy acting in The Haunting of Bly Manor. In the Netflix television series, she starred as Dani with a queer love story. Call Me By Your Name’s Elio was the inspiration for her while preparing for her role. 

Speaking about This Is Not a Love Letter, a five-minute film about abortion and the importance of choice, she said the imagery was evocative in portraying female strength. And to further elaborate the point, she used the pronoun our for women and talked about their strength and fragility as humans. 

With the statements, it is evident that the actress considers herself a woman.
