Tuff Hedeman does not seem to be arrested and put in jail lately.
Although rumors of his arrest have started popping here and there on the web, there is no official confirmation of his arrest available on the web.
Similarly, trusted news portals have not yet revealed or written anything about his arrest.
However, a Facebook post by the Beadle County State’s Attorney’s Office states, “Richard Hedeman (aka Tuff Hedeman) was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of Clark Co., NV and was released.” The post dates back to August 2019.
Charges put upon Tuff at the time of his arrest are unknown. He seems to have been arrested and released subsequently & the cause for his arrest at the time is unknown.
Nonetheless, Tuff seems to be a free man as of now. He recently posted on his Instagram account congratulating Jake Weber for winning THT Break-Out Series in Woodstock.
