Rockmond Dunbar has dropped a bombshell after stating his exit from the series 9-1-1, produced by Fox Broadcasting Company.
He starred in the reputed series mainly about the police authority and respondent officers as the character role of Michael Grant.
He will be leaving the show after five seasons of dedication and efforts to decorate his character in it.
Rockmond’s character (Michael Grant) has been laid with a tumor diagnosis operation, a director’s choice to change the mundane path of the officer.
Addressing the issue about this sudden story arch, the producers also hinted at the change in portrayal the character truly deserves in the show.
Dunbar has been shown as an ex-husband to Athena, and he showcased a broken family in the show.
In the show, Michael’s bond with Bobby has been favored by many true fans who respect the connection as something magical and entrusting.
