Robertson was still serving in the army, and his brother Phil began a company that was in the business of making duck calls. When Robertson came back home from the army in the year 1993, his brother brought him on board which helped him grow the business. His job was to make the reeds which were a component of the duck calls. He has often been featured in Duck Dynasty as being lax in his responsibilities for the business.
Robertson is undoubtedly the star of the show and this is mostly due to his excellently humorous disposition and spontaneity. In the series finale of the Duck Dynasty show, Robertson got to be that he intended to start a band.
Si started at the band after the show came to an end in March 2017 and called it Uncle Si and The Sicotics. He has also been featured in a number of television shows including Good Morning America. His reality series portfolio also includes Duck Commander, The Duckmen of Lousiana, and his self-titled show Going Si-Ral. Si has also done some voicing/narration for the children’s animated series VeggieTales.
Si and his entire family are widely known for their Christian faith; the man takes every chance he gets to express his religious beliefs. Whenever Robertson signs an autograph, he always writes down his favorite bible verse John 3:16 and 17. According to the ex-soldier, it is a way of reminding people that God loves everyone and that no one is ever beyond redemption.
