Matt Weiss was born on March 1, 1983, in Cheshire, Connecticut. He went to Hopkins School in Connecticut and graduated in 2001.
He played baseball and football for his high school, whereas quarterback led his team to a 12-0 record, the first at this school, and the school’s first New England Prep School Class C championship in 2001.
Weiss went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in economics and human and organizational development at Vanderbilt University.
Weiss and his wife, Melissa, have three children: a son and two daughters.
Charles Joseph “Charlie” Weis and his wife, Maura, have two children, Charles Joseph “Charlie” and Hannah Margaret.
Charlie Jr. is the University of Mississippi’s co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Weis and his wife founded the Hannah & Friends Foundation in 2003, dedicated to children affected by developmental disorders and named after his autistic daughter.
The Hannah & Friends Celebrity Golf Classic was held in the spring of 2004 to benefit the foundation.
Charlie Weis was born in Trenton, New Jersey, and grew up in Middlesex, New Jersey, where he attended Middlesex High School.
He has an older sister and three younger brothers, one of whom is a West Point graduate. Charlie also had a brother named Pete.
