The rumors about Pascal having lung cancer have circulated in the media. However, the circulated hearsay is not valid.

Instead, Obispo’s close friend, Florent Pagny, has revealed his lung cancer to the public through his social media. After seeing the news, Pascal being his friend for more than twenty years, immediately sent a message for supporting his friend through social media platforms. 

The songwriter further wrote to have strength and courage in the troubled period. 

Pascal has always helped out his friend from trouble. He bought back all Florent’s furniture seized after his ordeal with the taxman in 2003.
