Dylan Scott was born to his parents Martin and Resie Scott, in Melbourne, Victoria. 

According to his family, he was born with a tumor wrapped around his spinal cord which left him a paraplegic and required him to use a wheelchair.

But, he turned his negative point into his strongest positive source of motivation and achieved numerous goals along the way.
