Billy Joel, born on 9 May 1949, was born in Bronx, New York. Not much has been found about his parents. We couldn’t find much about them through any of our sources.
Growing up in Long Island, his mother inspired him to take piano lessons and soon dropped out of school to pursue music. He was part of the short-lived band The Hassles and Attila before singing to Columbia Records.
