We came to find that some of the Reddit users are trying to compare BeReal App to the Un-Instagram for the Gen-Z.

Most of the people in Gen-Z and other generations are the current maximum users of social media like Instagram and others. With the availability of applications like BeReal, these Reddit users have been building the idea about it being just a replacement for this popular application.

Despite that, the developer of this application Alexis Barreyat claims it to be quite different from other traditional social platforms. This helps to keep the person real on the internet.
