Ben Vereen is a living icon and is gearing up for the finale of B Positive. He plays Peter, a retired professor residing in an assisted living facility dealing with early dementia.
Vereen discussed his character’s journey in the assisted living facility, where he hides his fading memory loss from the other residents, in a recent interview. He admitted that Peter’s аrc on B Positive had parallels to his own life.
Ben told that his mother had dementia and Alzheimer’s disease before she died. Even though the program has not been officially renewed for a third season, Vereen has high hopes for Peter if the show gets renewed.
