Zimmerman was born on January 28, 2000, to his parents. During his school days, he played baseball and got interested in playing guitar when he was nine but lost his interest when he was 12 and started playing dirt bikes and baseball but listened to music all the time.
After completing high school, he went to West Virginia, got his union card, and started building gas pipelines.
During his interview, he told Billboard that he and his father would get up at 3 AM and go to drive for his father’s trucking business listening to country music. He grew up listening to Craig Morgan’s Wake Up Lovin’ You.
He stated that his family mostly has businesses as his grandfather used to have a car shop in Louisville, Illinois, and his mother also used to work in the shop, but his uncle currently owns the shop.
His brother has a metal shop, and his father owns a towing and salvage yard.
