Roberts founded and endowed the Mary S. Roberts Foundation in honor of the memory of his mother. The Mary S. Roberts Foundation helps children with special needs, families of victims of crime, the hungry and homeless, and promotes the care and protection of domestic animals. He is Chairman of the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center, formerly the Riverside Humane Society. Roberts is also a major longtime supporter of Olive Crest Children Treatment Centers. He is the founding President of Olive Crest Abused Children’s Foundation Inland Empire.
Roberts is the founding Chairman of the Fox Riverside Theater Foundation Board of Directors.
Roberts has donated millions of dollars to Pepperdine University. He also Member of the Board of Trustees of the UC Riverside Foundation.
