The real name of Drag Race star Willow Pill is Will Patterson.

Her stage name comes from a combination of ‘Willow’, a character from the famous series Buffy The Vampire Slayer and ‘Pill’ comes from her struggle with her health condition that causes her to take pills every day. 

She started her drag journey at the age of 21 when she performed for the first time at her university. Willow remembers how she fell in love with the art since then and how its adrenaline high is what she has chased after all this time. 

However, she is not new to the world of reality shows, even when RuPaul Drag Race is her TV debut. Because, she is the drag sister of Season 11 winner Yvie Oddly, who has already introduced her to this glitz and glamour. She has a good prospect of shining in the industry.
