Adrian Newey does not have any illness after a serious bike accident. He got into a bike accident with several bones broken and head injuries.

There is no news of his illness yet, so we can say that he might have recovered fully from the deadly accident after receiving treatments. Apart from that, he has now appeared in the media and interviewed. 

Moreover, he is an avid sports car collector and driver who has participated in the Le Mans Legend races for a few years. He destroyed a Ford GT40 while contending in 2006 but fled with only a cut finger.
