The number of total children Dr. Donald have is yet to be confirmed. It is confirmed that the doctor is the biological father of at least 90 kids but the number might be more as many other DNA tests are still being conducted.
The suspicion began when Jacoba, one of his daughters, logged into the genomic website to find out about her ancestors. To her shock, she had more than seven siblings.
Later, Jacoba found out she and her siblings were donor babies and all of them had the same fertility doctor. She went on to find more of her siblings.
