Lata Mangeskar’s father, Deenanath Mangeshkar was also an artist. He was a theater actor well known for his work in the Marathi language. Apart from acting Mangeshkar was a musician.
Hindustani Classical vocalist and Natya Sangeet musician, he has produced one of the biggest singers in the world. He did pave way for his children to get into music, but little did he know that one day, despite his contributions, he’d be known by the name of his children.
