David Riden was arrested for placing a covert recording device in the girls’ restroom at Los Osos High School. He has been charged with invasion of privacy.
The device was discovered by one of the staff members at the school and the investigation was initiated.
The police finally found appropriate evidence showing David place the camera in the room which was used by the students at the school.
The police searched the car and house of the accused and found further recording devices. David was then taken into custody.
The camera was detected a few days after he placed them based on the investigations made by the detectives. It is disgusting what he did considering how he was a part of the boy’s football team.
