David first tied the knot with his first wife, Carrie Jolly in 1999.
After living 15 years together, the duo filed for a divorce and officially announced their separation in 2014.
It’s not been a year since Jolly exchanged the rings with Laura Donahoe in 2015.
His wedding ceremony was held in his hometown, Florida. The duo met when David used to work at lobbying firm Van Scoyoc Associates. As per Politico, David was Laura’s boss.
